Hint: This goes against the grain of the most popular business advice you’ve seen online, and will change the way you show up in your business - for the better - from here onwards.

Here's what we’ve got waiting behind the scenes for you…

Meet your hosts

Sam Dhu is a Psychotherapist & Facilitator of Permission. Mum to seven-year-old, Amelie and baby Frankie, and passionate advocate for being radically kind and compassionate to yourself.

As a highly sensitive person Sam believes it is possible to be deeply ambitious and successful AND soft and sensitive at the same time.

Terms like ‘self-compassion’, ‘self-worth’ and ‘self-acceptance’ get used a lot these days. But to Sam, these aren’t just ‘nice sounding words’. Her degree in social work, post-graduate qualifications, training in cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy, gestalt therapy, and decades as a practising therapist and coach have shown her these inner resources are the difference between being stuck in survival mode and confidently thriving.

Jess Miller is an integrative business strategist, mum to seven-year-old Charlotte, and fierce believer that building your business shouldn’t cost you your life.

After walking away from a multi-award winning 7-figure business because she was no longer willing to sacrifice her health, relationships and happiness on the altar of ‘success’, Jess created a new definition for herself – one that’s rooted in safety, simplicity & self-trust.

With degrees in economics and communications, training in the nervous system, and trauma-informed coaching, and decades of experience in both owning and operating multiple businesses as well as supporting countless others, Jess brings a potent blend of strategy, somatics, and soul to her work where she helps values-driven changemakers to redefine success on their terms and intentionally craft a business that feels like home.
